• Visual Data (Photos/Video): When you upload a photo or use your camera, we analyze facial features (like face shape, hairline, and current hair length/color) solely to apply virtual hairstyles. We do not use this data to identify you.
• Biometric Data (Derived): The app creates a temporary, anonymous geometric map of your facial features to align hairstyles accurately. This is not stored as a recognizable image or a "fingerprint" after processing.
• Style Preferences: Your saved hairstyles, color choices, product likes, and ratings.
• Technical & Usage Data: Device type, app version, session length, and anonymized interaction data to improve app performance.

2. Your Explicit Consent: The "Face Scan"

Before you begin, we ask for your explicit permission.

By proceeding, you consent to:

• The temporary processing of your image and derived facial geometry for virtual try-on.
• The use of this data to generate and display AI-powered hairstyle simulations.

You can withdraw consent at any time by closing the try-on session or deleting your uploaded images within the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Core Function: To provide real-time, augmented reality (AR) hairstyle previews.
• Improvement: To improve hairstyle recommendations and rendering quality using anonymized and aggregated usage patterns. No recognizable facial images are used for model training.
• Personalization: To remember your favorite looks and recommend new ones.
• App Functionality: To ensure the app runs smoothly and fix technical issues.

We DO NOT and WILL NOT:

• Sell your personal or image data to third parties.
• Use your data for identity verification, surveillance, or tracking outside the app.
• Share your recognizable images with advertisers or other users without your explicit, separate consent.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Image Retention: Facial images may be stored securely to allow users to access previous try-ons. Images are retained only for as long as the user chooses and can be deleted at any time within the app or upon request.
• Anonymized Data: Non-identifiable, aggregated data (e.g., "30% of users with oval faces chose bob cuts") may be retained for research and improvement.
• Security: We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect data in transit and at rest.
